This website has no contact form. We process personal data only when you call us or send us an e-mail yourself.

That means the data you give us in the call or the message: your name, phone number, e-mail address, the address of the job and a description of what you need.

We use the data solely to deal with your enquiry: to get back to you, arrange a site visit and prepare a quotation.

We do not use it for marketing, we send no newsletter and we do not profile you.

When you approach us with an enquiry, we process the data in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

If the enquiry leads to a contract, we process the data to perform it under the same provision, and to meet legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c), for example in bookkeeping.

An enquiry that does not lead to a job is kept only for as long as we need to deal with it. We then delete it.

Where a contract arises, we keep the data for the period required by tax and accounting law.

The website runs on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.), which delivers the pages to visitors.

E-mail correspondence passes through Gmail (Google Ireland Limited), as the company mailbox is held there.

Our bookkeeper may have access, strictly to the extent needed for the accounts.

We do not sell the data and we do not pass it to anyone for advertising.

The site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising scripts. That is why you will not find a cookie banner on it.

Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and the right to object to processing.
